
The Lions Club of France Scholarship is offered by the Lions Club of France to attend a French immersion program at 1 of 5 international learning centers throughout France. This scholarship is for students between the ages of 18 and 24 to participate in a 3-and-a-half week program designed to develop a student’s French language skills and cultural understanding.
Program Description
Applicants must have at least the B1 level in French according to the DELF standards or Intermediate Mid/High according to the ACTFL Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) standards. The applicants should consult the Lions Club of France’s website for additional information and the application. The Lions Club of France must receive complete applications by February 15, 2026.

Centre International Francophone Aquitaine (CIFAQ)

Centre International Francophone Auvergne Rhône Alpes (CIFARA)
- Age: 22-24 years
- Location: Annonay
- Theme: “Industry, Culture, Nature and Heritage”
Centre International Francophone Centre Est (CIFCE)
- Age: 22-24 years
- Location: Bourgogne Franche Comté region
- Theme: “Connecting our world: building bridges between individuals and groups of people, discovering the diversity and unity of youth through the French-speaking world as a foundation of shared values”
Centre International Francophone Sud (CIFSUD)
- Age: 18-21 years
- Location: Toulouse and Albi
- Theme: “The Richness of Occitania”
Centre International Francophone Universitaire Nord (CIFUN)
- Age: 22-24 years
- Location: Lille and its region
- Theme: “Ecology, Environment and Tourism”
What's Included in the Scholarship?
The scholarship will cover housing, meals, and activities and visits that are included in the program.
The scholarship recipient pays for the passport fee, travel insurance covering medical and repatriation insurance, round-trip plane ticket, and ground transportation in France.
