Do you have a professional project that seeks to promote French in Louisiana? Members of Exel Louisiane are eligible for up to $1,000 in funding to support French-language initiatives at their place of work. This financial assistance is available through a strategic partnership with La Fondation Louisiane.
Eligibility Requirements
Those who are interested in applying for funding must:
- Be a member or plan to become a member of CODOFIL’s economic development program, Exel Louisiane
- Implement an initiative designed to support French at your place of work, such as (the following serve as examples and you are not limited to these three potential projects):
- Creating and installing French signs
- Translating a menu or other resources like a website
- Taking professional French language courses or assisting an employee with taking French courses
- Have a clear vision for how their project will support French in Louisiana and at their business or organization
